Get fit for using this tips                                                                                                                                               take a walk in the morning for some time then get ready for workout at home doing different exercises in morning do lunges , push-ups ,squats, running,skipping,yoga,etc in our life just we are busy in doing our running life not giving time to maintain our body exercise ,is the only thing that we can get healthy and fit see now a days peoples used to tell we don't have time to workout we are busy then how can became healthy so our first priority is to maintain or health because if there is no health so how can we live a better and happy life so please in our twelve hours take just  two hour for our health just think now a days we have all the things money , business, family, properties etc but when we don,t have health so how can we live a happy and lovely life so please take time for our health

Be healthy and stay fit always!

Hey hope you are doing well, in the today's digital world we are doing less physical activities which is why our health is becoming a big concern. We have to understand that if we spend our lot of time on computers and smartphones this will not only effect your health but your family and its future.
 
To improve health and increase your productivity I have shared some tips which you can implement in your daily life and stay healthy.
 
1. Get enough sleep:
If you are spending your whole night time in front of your computer or playing games in your smartphone which will really effect your health. So make sure you go to bed as soon as possible and sleep for a minimum of eight hours, this will allow you to work and enjoy your full day without feeling any tiredness.
 
2. Eat healthy foods:
When you are out of your home for your work and feel hungry make sure you carry your lunch box with you and always avoid eating outside junk food which is neither nutritional nor healthy. You should add fruits and green leafy vegetables in your daily meals and lunch food this will help in improving your health and let you stay fit.
 
3. Drink plenty of water:
You should always drink water multiple times in a daily this will help in digestion and it is also required by your body organs. 
 
4. Exercise:
Daily exercise will help you to stay healthy and makes you more productive in your daily life tasks.

5. Have true friends:


Make true friends and always help them in their hard times this will increase bond, love and trust between you and your friends. Always treat your friends like how you would like to be treated. Backstabbing is a very bad habit which can destroy any relation so always avoid this bad habit and stick with your friends and speak with each other about good habits and its advantages.

6. Smile and laugh: 
Life is journey with up and downs so we do not get sad or discourages over small things or difficulties. There are some people who may jokes about someone to whom you love or follow we should not get discouraged and take it seriously otherwise this will hurt you. If you are a sensitive person and feels hurt quickly then avoid talking or living with that person or friend.

Always have smile in your face and be confident and respect your friend from a good perspective even if they say bad things. Your good behavior and habits could inspire and motivate others so always be happy and healthy. 

7. Enjoy hobbies:
You have your own habits this could be music, art, sports and many others which motivates you and keep you happy.
